Thoughts: This trailer for The Warrior’s Way definitely looks like a wild ride. No doubt about that. What is surprising is the excellent cast of side characters whom for the most part, are incredibly talented. So the surprise comes with their very presence in the movie. Geoffrey Rush? Sweet! What are you doing in this movie? The trailer blends a weird mix of surreal cg back drops with some incredibly bad ass action sequences. It’s like I am watching something from my Korean fantasy martial arts movie collection. The lead actor, Jang Dong-gun, who plays Yang, has that brooding silent but deadly appeal going on, but his lines are a bit distracting. I’ll be looking forward to seeing this.

The Warrior’s Way hits theaters December 3rd, 2010. Starring Kate Bosworth, Geoffrey Rush, Jang Dong-gun, and Danny Huston (who plays leather face apparently :p)
