Synopsis: A veterinary student abandons his studies after his parents are killed and joins a traveling circus as their vet.

Thoughts: An interesting trailer that tries to enchant the viewers with music and enigmatic lines. It’s weird. Robert Pattinson is one of those actors who I can’t see beyond his name. I never believe he is playing character. Just himself. Like, “Oh, it’s Robert Pattinson in a circus movie. Whatchu doing in the circus, Robert?” or “Hey, Robert is fighting off a group of vampires. Whatchu fighting those vampires for, Robert?”. Yeah….

Oh right, back to the trailer. It looks decent. Can’t get a solid vibe from it. The cinematography looks great. Very Benjamin Button. I like the cast for the most part, but we don’t really get a feel for the characters they play, or what is going on in the movie. It’s a flash back, there is a love triangle, and elephants. Ok. I need a little more than that in order to get my ticket.
